Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking an Integration Tech Lead in Canada to design, develop and integrate digital applications using C#, .NET MVC, Angular and React. You will guide teams, own delivery quality and implement API-led integrations across backend, frontend and middleware layers.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong REST API skills and experience with CI/CD, cloud and containerization. Hybrid work with three onsite days per week and a competitive CAD salary range is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is the minimum entry requirement.
• Strong experience with C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API and EF/LINQ.
• Hands-on with Angular and React, including component architecture and routing.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS and REST APIs.
• Familiar with Git, CI/CD, secure coding and production support.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, enhancement and support of digital applications across backend, frontend and integration layers.
• Design API-led integrations using RESTful services and middleware patterns.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership, code reviews and troubleshooting.

Role Summary: Seeking an Integration Tech Lead to design, develop, integrate, and support digital applications across C# backend, .NET MVC, Angular, React, and API led integration layers. The role requires hands on technical leadership, team guidance, and ownership of quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities Lead design, development, enhancement, and support of digital applications using C#, .NET MVC, Angular, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, and related technologies. Provide hands on leadership across backend, frontend, and integration layers to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions. Translate business requirements into technical designs, estimates, delivery plans, and implementation tasks. Design and implement API led integrations using RESTful services, Web APIs, middleware patterns, and enterprise integration practices. Perform design reviews, code reviews, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production issue resolution. Mentor developers, resolve technical blockers, support Agile delivery, and drive continuous improvement.
Required Technical Skills Strong experience in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, LINQ, and OOP concepts. Hands on experience with Angular and React, including component architecture, routing, forms, and reusable UI patterns. Good knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, authentication, authorization, logging, and error handling. Working knowledge of SQL Server or relational databases, Git, CI/CD, secure coding, performance tuning, and production support. Exposure to cloud platforms, containerization, DevOps, or application modernization will be preferred.

Fulltime: The pay range for this role is CAD$100,000 - CA$120,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
