The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.
Your role as Cabin System Integrator – Production Support will be mainly to support production teams on all cabin systems, including Inflight entertainment and connectivity systems.

Act as the focal point and follow up on all production-related issues for A220 cabin systems on the final assembly line and delivery, including:
Cabin Management System (CMS)
In-Flight Entertainment System (IFE)

In-Seat Power Supply System (ISPSS)
Water and Waste System
Electrical Power Supply for Galley Appliances
Cockpit Door Remote Access System and Cockpit Door Surveillance System
Work closely with the cabin systems integration team and respond to technical questions as needed.
Collaborate closely with the production team on ongoing issues impacting the final line and track these issues through to resolution.
Prepare test documentation for aircraft and test bench testing.
Conduct test bench trials for Cabin Systems.
Collaborate with system specialists in a multidisciplinary environment.
You hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Aerospace or Electrical Engineering, with 3 to 10 years of engineering experience in aircraft systems, ideally within cabin systems.
You have experience working in aircraft troubleshooting.
You possess strong leadership skills.
You have experience working in a production environment.
You are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
You are able to provide support outside of normal hours for issues or aircraft testing.
You are familiar with the specification, design, integration, certification, and acceptance of aircraft system equipment.
You have strong oral and written communication skills in both English and French.
You can work with minimal supervision and are a strong team player.
You demonstrate initiative, a strong sense of responsibility, and sound technical judgment.

Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un intégrateur de Cabine Système - Soutien à la production pour rejoindre notre équipe de Cabine Système basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous travaillerez conjointement avec différente équipe d’ingénierie, a l’implémentation ou modification de système ou d’équipement de cabine ainsi qu’avec les groupes de qualité, méthode et production a la résolution de problème sur la ligne de production.
Vous ferez partie de l’équipe système d’intérieur chargée du système de gestion de cabine (CMS), du système de lumière, du système d’eau potable et de gestion de déchet ainsi que du système d’oxygène ainsi que du soutien à la production.
L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.
Votre rôle en tant que Intégrateur de Cabine Système – Soutien à la production sera principalement de supporter les équipes de production sur tous les systèmes de cabine ainsi que les systèmes de divertissement.

Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de production sur les problèmes en cours ayant un impact sur la ligne finale et faire le suivi des problèmes jusqu'à leur résolution
Préparer la documentation d'essai pour les essais d'aéronefs et de banc d'essai
Réaliser des essais sur banc d'essai pour Cabin Systems
Collaborer avec des spécialistes du système dans un environnement multidisciplinaire
Votre profil:
Vous êtes titulaire d'une licence ou d'un diplôme équivalent en ingénierie aérospatial ou électrique et vous avez 3 à 10 ans d'expérience en ingénierie dans le domaine des systèmes aéronautiques, idéalement dans le domaine des systèmes
Vous avez une expérience de travail dans le dépannage d'aéronefs
Vous avez un bon leadership
Vous avez de l'expérience de travail dans un environnement de production
Vous êtes à l'aise pour gérer plusieurs projets en même temps dans des délais serrés
Vous avez la possibilité de fournir une assistance en dehors des heures normales pour les problèmes ou les tests d'avion
Vous êtes familiarisé avec la spécification, la conception, l'intégration, la certification et l'acceptation des équipements des systèmes d'aéronefs
Vous avez de bonnes compétences orales et écrites en anglais et en français
Vous avez la capacité de travailler avec un minimum de supervision et vous êtes un joueur d'équipe
