Position Summary

The Integrated Solution Leader (ISL) within the Training System team is responsible for designing comprehensive end-to-end training solutions for defense forces and para-military organizations worldwide. This role involves leveraging CAE’s simulation technologies and teaching methodologies to develop training programs across air, naval, and land domains.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the development of fully integrated training solutions from initial customer engagement through proposal and contract award phases.
• Serve as the primary Design Authority for training solutions, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to the R&D roadmap to meet current and future training needs, focusing on cost-effective and innovative learning methodologies.
• Guide capture teams on large training system integration opportunities, including needs analysis, curriculum design, and leveraging CAE technologies.
• Ensure training requirements are well-defined and translated into engineering and courseware specifications.
• Collaborate with program management to define execution strategies, including workshare and partnership considerations.
• Present and review training solutions with stakeholders during pre-contract phases.

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of industry and/or military experience, with a minimum of 10 years in training program development or delivery in defense contexts.
• Experience with large training development projects and systems engineering processes.
• Knowledge of adult learning, e-learning, SAT & DSAT, and instructional design.
• Excellent communication, proposal development, and business acumen skills.
• Availability to travel internationally up to 5% and ability to obtain Canadian and NATO security clearances.
