Job summary

PCL Constructors Canada Inc. in Ottawa is seeking an Integrated Construction Technology Coordinator (BIM Coordinator) to build and maintain virtual models, coordinate trade partners, and drive adoption of BIM processes on site.

You’ll work with project teams to update models, process RFIs, and ensure clear communication while developing strong client relationships. Security clearance and Revit experience are required, with 3D/VDC tools an asset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, diploma or 2-year certificate in a buildings-industry related discipline (AEC, civil, architectural).
• Must hold, or be eligible to obtain and maintain, a Government of Canada security clearance at the Reliability Status level.
• Previous experience with Revit is required.
• Some co-op or relevant experience in a construction environment preferred.
• Drafting and modeling experience.
• Ability to read and understand 2D and 3D construction drawings and specifications is an asset.
• Working knowledge and training in 3D modeling software and the ability to create content in VDC software is an asset.
• Exposure to 4D scheduling software and planning tools is an asset.

The estimated salary range for this role is $61,115 - $79,000, based on your experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.
