Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
Assist underwriters in processing new insurance applications and renewals.
Gather required documentation from brokers, agents, and clients.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in the underwriting system.
Prepare summaries of risk information and basic risk assessments for underwriter review.
Respond to general inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding application status.
Manage filing systems, correspondence, and other administrative duties to support the underwriting department.
