Hatch is seeking an Insurance Specialist / Insurance Coordinator to support the Corporate Insurance and Risk Management Team. You will partner with Legal, Finance, Procurement, Project Delivery, and HR to oversee a global insurance program, touching COIs, renewals, compliance, and data collection.
You will maintain records, assist with renewals, review policy documents, and help implement efficient processes. Bachelor’s degree and 0–3 years of related experience are preferred.

Our Corporate Insurance and Risk Management Team is seeking a motivated Insurance Specialist / Insurance Coordinator to partner closely with Legal, Finance, Procurement, Project Delivery, Human Resources, and Executive Leadership and to assist senior members of the Corporate Insurance and Risk Management team to oversee a sophisticated global insurance program. Applicable insurance lines may include
Program Administration, Compliance, Reporting and Documentation
Certificate of Insurance (COI) Management
Risk Assessment and Exposure Analysis
Required
Base salary range: $43,000 - $70,000
