Job description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing clients with comprehensive insurance solutions tailored to their needs. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of various insurance products.


The Insurance Sales Executives will engage in sales activities to expand our client base and maintain strong relationships with clients.


AO Globe Life is looking for Insurance Sales Executives to join our dynamic team. As Insurance Sales Executives, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, assisting them with their insurance needs through the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Engage with potential customers through calls, emails, and in-Zoom meetings (Virtually)
  2. Build and maintain client relationships
  3. Present product/service solutions to meet customer needs
  4. Drive sales growth and exceed targets
  5. Receive ongoing training and development opportunities
Qualifications:
  1. Strong communication skills
  2. Positive attitude and a team player
  3. Desire to grow and learn in a fast-paced environment
  4. Experience is a PLUS but not required – we’ll provide the training!
  5. If NOT licensed, should be willing to take LLQP course
  6. Has valid status in Canada or in the US
