Job summary

IQ PARTNERS is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Lawyer in Hamilton, Ontario. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload and will closely collaborate with experienced counsel on various insurance defense matters. This position offers a hybrid work model.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of insurance defense experience and the ability to independently manage cases. Compensation is expected to be between $100K and $130K, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in insurance defense.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload.
• Experience conducting examinations for discovery, mediations, and pre-trial conferences.
