Role Description

The Bilingual Insurance Broker In Training role is a full-time, on-site position based in Shediac, NB. In this role, the individual will learn to advise clients on appropriate insurance coverage, assist with quotes, process applications, and support policy changes under the guidance of experienced brokers. Day-to-day tasks include gathering client information, reviewing coverage options, preparing documentation, and following up on inquiries. The role also involves coordinating with insurance carriers, supporting claims processes, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to a positive client experience. As training progresses, the individual will develop the skills needed to manage a portfolio of clients and provide proactive insurance solutions.
