Looking to work with a high performing team to provide our clients the coverage they need by building strong business relationships and delivering excellent service?

As a Financial Services Insurance Broker, you are responsible for providing account and Account Executive support by managing renewals and servicing clients on a senior level to support questions, ongoing issues and daily business operations for high producing Account Executives and Books of Business.

Here is what a typical day looks like:

  • Support high producing Account Executives by completing the application and underwriting process, and maintaining continual sales growth and client retention.
  • Support timely re-quoting and re-marketing as required by the Account Executive and client needs prior to renewal date.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert to ensure accuracy in applications, accounts, and policies and mitigate risk of Errors & Omissions.
  • Answer existing client queries and communicate with insurance companies and underwriters.
  • Develop and continually improve skills in sales and product competencies to best support both Account Executives and customers.
  • Provide accurate and timely processing of customer documentation, queries, carrier communications, and file follow ups.
  • Facilitate post-sale administrative revisions to policy documents.

  • 3+ years insurance experience with account management.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent decision-making skills and strong product knowledge.
  • Results focused prioritizing sales team support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Life Insurance License – LLQP required to obtain within 90 days.

Hours: Full Time – 37.5 hours/week
