Account Manager

As an Account Manager/Insurance Broker with the Services Centre Team, you are responsible for supporting offices within the three Maritime Provinces.Team members work short-, medium- and long-term assignments for one or multiple offices at a time, servicing a dedicated book of business or supporting special projects.

The Service Center Team Member Must Be

• Self-Motivated
• Dependable, flexible, and willing to take on difficult challenges
• Work well individually and as a team
• Eager for a challenge and easily adaptable to change
  
  

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• At least 2 years property and casualty insurance experience
• Qualify for NS Level 2, NB Level 2 and/or PEI licensing
• Experience with Epic and Applied Rating
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite programs, including MS Teams
• Strong Interpersonal, Communication and Documentation Skills
• Ability to work with little supervision and be a fast learner
• Dedication to strong customer service
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills and attention to detail/accuracy
• Possess a positive and energetic attitude
• Bilingualism is an asset
  
  

Hours: Full Time, Permanent - 37.5 hours/week
