• Comfortable communicating with clients by phone, email, virtual meetings, and in person.
• Ability and willingness to work full-time in our agency office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional client experience with every interaction.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and ongoing follow-up.
• Schedule and conduct client appointments focused on insurance and financial services needs.
• Generate qualified opportunities through referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.
• Conduct proactive reviews with existing clients to ensure their insurance needs remain properly addressed.
• Identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Support commercial insurance growth initiatives.
