We’re searching for an Insurance Advisor at Westland Insurance Group Ltd in Manitoba, located in our Portage - Downtown office. You will promote and educate clients on insurance products, take ownership of client relationships, and help grow our presence in the local community.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior customer service that promotes client retention.
• Uncover clients’ business challenges and act as a client advocate by identifying their needs and providing recommendations.
• Assist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing basic knowledge of underwriting principles.
• Demonstrate curiosity and continually seek opportunities to grow your career.

Qualifications

• Laser-focused with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Natural at building authentic client relationships.
• Excellent time manager who prioritizes workload, demonstrates confidentiality, and discretion.
• Insurance broker Level 1 license, or working toward CAIB/CIP (financial support provided).
• Bonus: 6+ months of industry experience.
