Job summary

London Drugs is seeking an Insurance Accounting & Bookkeeping Clerk to join our Insurance Services team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, and supporting a fast-paced business environment.

You will reconcile daily insurance deposits, process invoices, maintain billing records, support month-end processes, and assist with financial reporting and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or financial administration.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset.
• Insurance industry experience is an asset.

Responsibilities
