Job summary

London Drugs in Burnaby, BC is seeking a Personal Lines Insurance Specialist to service ongoing client needs, advise on insurance matters, conduct needs assessments, and process renewals and endorsements. You will also sell new policies to existing or new clients and retain your book of business, with shifts available across days and evenings.

The role requires maintaining licenses, attending in-house training, and representing London Drugs in the community while delivering high-quality service

Qualifications

• A level I, II or III general insurance license.
• Solid understanding of home, auto, and general insurance products.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency.
• Attention to accuracy on all documentation.
• Able to use good judgment and reasonable care when dealing with customers, confidential information and sensitive situations.

• Promote London Drugs in the community as a place to shop and a place to work.
• Ensure quality and service levels are maintained to Company standards.
• Ensure license is maintained in good standing and all necessary continuing education credits are obtained.

Employees must be available to work a flexible schedule, Monday through Sunday, at least 12 to 16 hours per week, day and evening shifts.
