INSTRUCTOR THERAPIST

Our clients are incredible people seeking care in the Embrun/Russell area. Working with us, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the community and access monthly team meetings and in-session supervision.

We are excited to work with you because:

• You are passionate about working with individuals of all ages, especially children and youth.
• You have strong interpersonal skills and can work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, including other Spark team members or community professionals.
• You are reliable and organized.
• You possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• You have at least 6 months of experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or providing ABA therapy.
• You can provide one-to-one intervention in the home or community.

Hours: Flexible schedule options.

Rate of Pay: Starting at $34.91+/hr.

Requirements:

• Cover letter explaining why you are a great match for Spark and who you are.
• Valid First Aid and CPR Standard level C certification.
• CPI, TCI, and/or NVCI current certification.
• Smartphone with data plan.
• Clear Criminal Record & Vulnerable Sector Check (within the last 6 months).
• Bachelor’s Degree or current enrollment in a university program related to Behavioral Science, Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Early Childhood Development.

Assets:

• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team.
• Bilingual abilities.
• G class driver’s license with access to a vehicle.
• Registered Behavioral Technician certification.
