As the educational leader in the classroom, the Instructor in the Information Technology Support Specialist (ITSS) Certificate program, will be responsible for delivering SIIT programs and curricula with the purpose of promoting student success. This position is to organize and implement instructional activities which create a learning environment that guides and provides the greatest opportunity for student success. This position will positively promote and create an environment that demonstrates SIIT's vision, mission, and mandate. These include the following broad range of accountabilities:

Required Qualifications and Experience: A computing related degree or diploma from an accredited institution. An understanding of adult learning theories and principles is considered an asset. For success in this position, a genuine commitment to help students learn and succeed is required. Prior experience in a technical support role would be preferred. Knowledge of First Nations cultures and organizations would be an asset.
