Compensation : $24-$27 Hourly

Job Type : Ongoing Part-time

Shift Type : 20 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8AM-12PM)

Expected Start Date : ASAP

Your Day to Day :

Specifically, the Instructor will be responsible for :

• Delivering instruction that meets module and program objectives as outlined in the curriculum
• Evaluating student performance fairly and consistently
• Contributing to curriculum and instructional material development
• Supporting administrative functions to enhance the student experience
• Upholding College standards through professional conduct
• Participating in College and Program activities
• Monitoring and reviewing students during practicum and clinical placements as required

What You Bring to the Table :

To succeed as an Instructor, candidates should demonstrate :

• A degree, diploma, or certificate from a recognized university or college in a relevant discipline
• At least 2 years of experience as a Healthcare Aide
• Strong clinical knowledge of Healthcare Aide practices
• Adult education credentials or teaching experience (ongoing or in-progress is acceptable)
• Qualifications aligned with program design and approval
• Industry expertise and commitment to professional development
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills to motivate students
• A professional attitude and dedication to quality service
• Ability to collaborate and provide constructive feedback
• Willingness to use technology to enhance learning
