Job summary

Saskatchewan Polytechnic is hiring a Casual Instructor for Architectural Technologies at the Moose Jaw campus. The successful candidate will teach courses, design outcome-based learning, and develop curriculum.

Flexibility for delivery mode (face-to-face or online) and alignment with adult education principles is expected. Candidates should have a Diploma/degree in Architecture or related field, plus relevant professional eligibility, with five years of industry experience and strong

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology or related field.
Member of or eligible for membership/certification with IDAS, SAA, APEGS or TPS at a P.Tech level.
Five years of experience, two years recent/relevant in related industry.
Effective instructional ability and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Provide instruction to students in the Architectural Technologies program.
Design and deliver learner-centered, outcome-based instruction, online or face-to-face.
Develop curriculum, training aids and materials as needed.
Use digital tools and architectural software proficiently to support learning.
Mentor students regarding opportunities, industry expectations, and career goals.
