Support our Learning & Development team as an Instructional Designer on a one-year fixed-term contract. Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning and development programs and training.
  • Lead planning, analysis, design, and development for multiple learning units.
  • Facilitate interviews with subject matter experts to capture content and create training documentation and course materials.
  • Develop all phases of documentation, including planning, research, writing, reviewing, editing, and publishing across formats.
  • Create presentations, graphical images, flow charts, diagrams, and screenshots.
  • Determine the appropriate blend of instructor-led, hands-on, and web-based learning solutions.
  • Research and recommend innovative learning tools and technologies.
  • Implement and advance learning and development initiatives.
  • Maintain relationships with learning technology experts.
  • Contribute to new ideas and approaches to improve work processes.
Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in training design, management, or related field.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in training and instructional design, focusing on adult learning principles.
  • One (1) to three (3) years of experience with e-learning software such as Articulate, Storyline, or Studio.
  • Experience in the professional services industry is an asset.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Understanding of style guides for various industries.
  • Proficiency with screen capture software and graphic design tools like Photoshop or Acrobat.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in French and English, both written and verbal.
