Job summary

Bath Fitter is seeking an Installer Assistant in Mississauga with paid training to become an Installer. You’ll learn on the job, starting with the basics of construction and carpentry and progressing as you gain skills alongside experienced Installers.

The role offers hands-on experience, on-site work, and a pathway to a long-term career in bathroom renovations with full training and company support.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on construction, carpentry, or renovation experience.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements.
• Exposure to hand and power tools.
• Eager, coachable, and reliable with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bath and shower installations.
• Measure, cut, and prep materials for install.
• Support demo, setup, and job site organization.
• Work alongside experienced Installers to refine your skills.

• Support demo, setup, and job site organization
• Work alongside experienced Installers to refine your skills

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of hands-on construction, carpentry, or renovation experience
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements
• Exposure to hand and power tools
• Eager, coachable, and reliable with a strong work ethic

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift upto 100lbs
