Job summary

Lifestyle Home Products is seeking an Installations Trainer to teach and mentor new hires, traveling to jobsites across our True North Bath and Windows & Doors teams to ensure consistent, high-quality installations.

You’ll train from day one, coach crews in real time, and adapt the program as processes evolve. A driver’s license and a proactive, patient teaching style are essential; expect regional travel and occasional flights.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience installing bath products, windows, or doors.
• Natural teacher — patient, clear, and hands-on in coaching.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel regionally and occasional flights.
• Ability to plan your schedule around training needs and evolving processes.

Responsibilities

• Train new installers on our process, tools, and quality standards.
• Travel to jobsites to observe installs and coach crews in person.
• Work one-on-one with installers who need extra support.
• Keep training program current as our install process evolves.
• Pitch in on onboarding or day-to-day operations when training isn't scheduled.
• Travel to regional jobsites required.
• Other duties as required.

Job Summary: Lifestyle Home Products is looking for an experienced installer who loves teaching others to do it right. As our Installations Trainer, you'll train new hires from their first day on the job, visit jobsites across our True North Bath and Lifestyle's Windows and Doors teams to coach installers in real time, and help make sure every crew is building to the same high standard — no matter which location they're in.

Compensation & Benefits

• $60,000 – $90,000 per year, based on experience.
• Extended health and dental benefits begin after successful completion of 90-day probation.
• Paid Vacation

Job Responsibilities

• Train new installers on our process, tools, and quality standards for both bath and window & door installs.
• Travel to jobsites to observe installs and coach crews in person — mostly by vehicle, with occasional flights for out-of-region visits.
• Work one-on-one with installers who need extra support to hit quality and speed targets.
• Keep our training program current as our install process evolves.
• Pitch in on onboarding or day-to-day operations when training isn't scheduled.
• Travel to regional jobsites required.
• Other duties as required.

Skills and Experience
