Job summary

Lifestyle Home Products is seeking a Location Manager to run day-to-day install operations across Western Ontario. You’ll assign jobs, coordinate schedules, and ensure materials arrive on site before install day.

You’ll be the go-to person for crews on the ground, tracking on-time completion, quality, and customer satisfaction, and you’ll travel from Mississauga to Windsor to support multiple product lines.

Qualifications

• Experience managing install crews or trades teams.
• On-site oriented; not desk-bound.
• Strong organizational skills and a valid driver’s license.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Willing to travel in Western Ontario.

About the Role

We're hiring a Location Manager to run day-to-day install operations across our True North Bath and Lifestyle's Windows and Doors teams in Western Ontario. You'll work directly with our crews, assign jobs, and make sure every project is staged and ready — right materials, right schedule — before the crew ever shows up.

Requirements

• Experience managing install crews or trades teams - renovation, construction, or similar.
• Someone who's happiest out on jobsites, not stuck behind a desk.
• Strong organizational skills and a valid driver's license.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Willing to travel in Western Ontario
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
