Job summary

A leading company in kitchen appliance installation is seeking a dedicated technician to join their team. Candidates should exhibit reliability, good communication skills, and experience with various tools. Flexibility to work nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with a wide variety of tools including impact drills and electric saws.
• Must have a valid driver's license (G Class) and good driving record.
• Reliable and ready to work legally in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Install a wide range of kitchen appliances.
• Drive to customer's residence to evaluate home appliances and maintain logs.
• Follow company protocols and provide above-standard customer service.

Job description

• Must be able to work efficiently and effectively with others
• Able to learn quickly on the job
• Experience with a wide variety of tools including impact drills, screw drivers, electric saws and hand tools
• Must be good at a tape measure and read accurate / precise measurements
• Must be comfortable with connections and installing panels (can be taught)
• Must have a valid drive's license (G Class – travel required) and good driving record
• Understanding of customer service
• Able to work flexibly at nights and weekends (if needed)
• Above all must be reliable and ready to work / eligible to work legally in Canada
• Understand the requirements and use equipment safely
• Manual dexterity required to use necessary tools
• Able to lift weight in excess of 60 lbs
• English is required; Mandarin is asset

Job Requirements :

• Install a wide range of kitchen appliances
• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle
• Drive to a customer's residence to evaluate residential home appliances
• Keep an active log of service calls, installations, issues and completed work
• Follow company protocol for proper service while maintaining the high standard for protection of client homes, kitchen cabinets and floors
• Represent the company with professionalism and provide all clients with above standard customer service
