Job summary

Securitas Electronic Security, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale electronic security projects. You will coordinate with Sales, installation, service and clients to define requirements and ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include maintaining national accounts records, preparing quotes, publishing annual reviews, and validating all project documentation for closure. Travel to customer sites is expected as required.

Qualifications

• College or University graduate.
• PMP Certification an asset.
• Must have 2yrs+ of Electronic Security Project Management Skills.
• Proven Project Management skills with technical, complex and medium to large scale projects.
• Experience in sales and/or marketing with a record of achievements and leadership.
• Strong team leader.
• Willingness to travel.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Creativity and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide general technical knowledge and expertise to departments within the organization as well as to clients.
• Establish and maintain effective and continuous communication with customers.
• Ensure that change-orders and add-ons are documented and relayed to National Account Managers and the Manager, Project Coordination as per procedures.
• Work closely with the Sales lead to help define the client’s requirements.
• Maintain National Accounts database and SBN current and up to date.
• Create and publish annual customer reviews.
• Assist the sales force in the preparation of quotes when required.
• Ensure all required documentation, drawings and sign-offs are received for proper project closure.
• Collaborate on development/evaluation of new products to provide expert technical feedback.
