Job summary

Securitas Electronic Security, Inc. (SES) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead electronic security projects in Canada. You will coordinate with installation, service, sales, and client teams to define requirements and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across medium to large-scale deployments.

The role requires 2+ years of electronic security PM experience; PMP certification is an asset. Travel readiness, strong communication, and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree required or equivalent experience.
• PMP certification is an asset.
• Minimum 2 years in electronic security project management.
• Proven PM of technically complex medium-to-large scale projects.
• Experience in sales or marketing with leadership.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical knowledge and expertise to internal departments and clients.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with customers.
• Document change-orders and add-ons; relay to National Account Managers and Project Coordination.
• Work closely with Sales lead to define client requirements.
• Maintain National Accounts database and keep records current.
• Create and publish annual customer reviews.
• Assist the sales force in preparing quotes when required.
• Ensure required drawings/docs are received for project close-out.
• Collaborate on development/evaluation of new products with technical feedback.

Responsibilities

• Providegeneraltechnicalknowledgeandexpertisetodepartmentswithintheorganization (such as installation, service, sales, etc.) as well as to clients
