Job summary

West-Can Human Resource Solutions is seeking an Install Technician for Boundary Interior Solutions in Elkhorn, MB. You will install and hand‑finish cabinetry and countertops in residential and commercial spaces, measuring, cutting, leveling, and securing materials with precision.

The role requires general labour experience, strong teamwork and customer-facing skills, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience in general labour required; cabinetry, countertops, woodworking, or renovation experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and organized, physically able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Valid Class 3 driver's license required (or willingness to obtain promptly).
• Commitment to workplace safety and following safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Load, transport, and deliver cabinetry, countertops, tools, and materials.
• Remove existing cabinetry and countertops.
• Install cabinetry and countertops (quartz, granite, and marble), including measuring, cutting, leveling, and securing with precision.
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite.
• Communicate professionally with clients on-site.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
