Job summary

Enercare in Markham is seeking an Install Planning Clerk to optimize installer resource planning, finalize orders, reconcile cash balances, and manage escalations. The role emphasizes delivering best-in-class service and strong customer satisfaction through a formal planning process and cross-team coordination.

You will set daily schedules, handle escalations, generate BRIOs, and ensure accurate GERS order data while coordinating with installers and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Customer focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use W6, GERS, MS Office & Clarify software.
• Capable of handling multiple computer information systems with phone/radio devices.
• Ability to resolve customer complaints effectively.

Responsibilities

• Set daily schedules, including overnight installs and balancing workload.
• Handle escalations by managing queues and timely responses.
• Proactively schedule HVAC and Water Heater installations and generate BRIOs.
• Process orders, assign inventory, and update GERS orders as required.
• Capture task information in applicable applications and debrief installers.
