Qualifications

• 2–3+ years experience leading a culinary team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business sense regarding inventory, food cost, labour and scheduling.
• Proven leadership and people development skills.
• Passion for the highest level of food quality and guest experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
