What you will do

This position is responsible for scheduling and optimizing service work, ensuring all customer commitments are met regarding service delivery.

How you will do it

1. Utilize the automated scheduler in Oracle (ACE) to assign service calls based on skills, territories, customer preferences, technician availability, service contract response times, criticality, and proximity.
2. Communicate with customers and personnel to resolve scheduling issues, alert management of potential problems, and work to resolve them.
3. Measure branch activity, ensure compliance with initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans with management.
4. Prioritize scheduling backorders, track and resolve customer issues, and reassign work as needed to meet expectations.
5. Monitor technician activity and schedules, ensure customer commitments are met, and communicate status updates regarding arrivals.
6. Perform all other duties as assigned.

What we look for

• 3-5 years of customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized
• Experience as a fleet scheduler or service coordinator
• Proficiency with Excel

Preferred

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with Tyco, Johnson Controls, or similar fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with ACE/Oracle systems
• Knowledge of life safety equipment (fire alarm & sprinkler)
