The pay range for the role is $62,600 to $104,300.

As we embark on this growth journey, we are seeking an Insights Analyst who will play an integral part of the planning for the company’s growth.
In this role the incumbent contributes to the commercial capabilities team’s strategy to achieve growth that will strengthen the business, enable intelligent innovation, and deliver profits that sustain the Gay Lea Foods Co-operative model.
Reporting to the Business Insights Manager, the Insights Analyst will play a key support role in the development of tools, analytics, and actionable insights. With the use of Nielsen & other syndicated data the Insights Analyst will help develop and implement best-class category/industry recommendations. You will work closely and collaboratively with the entire commercial capabilities team to implement data-driven initiatives and support any ad-hoc reviews. This person will have the ability to analyze and interpret consumer, industry and sales data into actionable insights and recommendations. They will also support the development of automated reporting and query tools in an effort to increase insight the utilization of data and insights across the organization.
