DSI Systems in Prescott, Arizona, is hiring energetic Retail Sales Associates to represent AT&T inside a store-within-a-store setting. You will engage customers, educate them on wireless products, and close sales in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience preferred.
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a busy retail sales environment.
• Identify customer needs through consultative selling and active listening.
• Educate customers on AT&T wireless products, devices, plans, and services.
• Drive retail sales by meeting and exceeding sales goals.
