Job summary

British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC) seeks an Inside Sales Representative to provide sales support and customer service to our retailer network. You will educate on products, upsell where appropriate and maintain strong relationships to ensure a positive player experience.

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and drive revenue growth while upholding BCLC’s standards and values in a Canadian context.

Qualifications

• Diploma in a business/sales/marketing discipline.
• 1-2 years related sales experience.
• Experience in customer service in a customer and technology focused call centre environment would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provides inside sales, information and customer service to BCLC’s network of retailers.
• Develops and maintains relationships with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and positively impact player experience.
• Uses product education and upselling techniques to drive revenue and growth.
