Our team is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This person will be responsible for supporting refrigeration HVAC-R customers. With the opportunity to join a highly engaged team focused on growing the business, the successful candidate will assist in the promotion of company products to generate increased sales and maintain great relationships with customers.
• Provide product solutions for incoming inquiries.
• Review and evaluate plans and specifications.
• Determine refrigeration equipment requirements to meet the individual client’s needs.
• Determine commercial HVAC-R equipment (Low-Temp, Comfort Cooling, Heating and Ventilation) requirements to meet the individual clients’ needs.
• Deliver dealer program offering to client
• Prepare quotations based on project plans/specifications and complete proposals.
• Prepare technical drawings and data sheets for clients’ approval.
• Answer calls from clients and external representatives.
• Ensure projects take offs are accurate and complete.
• Provide the contractor with material lists and quotations thru written and verbal communication.
• Follow up with clients to ensure their full satisfaction, either verbally or in writing.
• Provide after PO support to answer questions, meet delivery expectations
• Respond to customers’ inquiries, questions, or complaints regarding products or services
• Previous similar working experience in HVAC-R field with advanced technical knowledge
• Relevant College and/or University education (Refrigeration experience an asset)
• Professional phone manner and customer service skills
• Knowledge of MS Office programs
• Good sales abilities and persuasiveness
• Strong time management, organizational and decision-making skills
• Ability to close sales and work under pressure
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Initiative & resourcefulness
• Completion of sales related training programs (an asset)
