Fountain Tire Lethbridge North is seeking a friendly Inside Sales Representative/Service Writer to join our team. You will create work orders, provide quotes, and communicate with technicians, while delivering excellent customer service.

The role emphasizes accurate billing, proactive customer follow-up, and recommending tire and mechanical services. A valid driver's license and safety-minded attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive repair or tire industry is an asset.
• Effective listening skills with ability to identify customer needs and provide recommendations.
• Working knowledge of passenger, light truck and specialty tires and mechanical services.
• A valid driver's license is a must, with satisfactory driver's abstract.

Responsibilities

• Create work orders and arrange bookings; communicate them to technicians.
• Provide service quotes; secure customer authorization and finalize sales.
• Proactive calls to customers to gauge satisfaction with service.
• Recommend tire, wheel, and mechanical services to customers.
• Ensure accurate billing and data entry in the computer system.
• Keep showroom promotional materials updated.
• Participate in safety initiatives and learning modules.
• Assist in inventory management and annual counts.

Fountain Tire Lethbridge North (804 36 Street), is looking for a friendly and dedicated individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative/Service Writer!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Creating work orders and arranging bookings and communicating them to the technicians
• Provide service quotes and receive customer authorization for work to be performed on vehicles, finalize sales, and complete customer follow up.
• Provide proactive calls to customers to determine their satisfaction level with the service they have received
• Recommend tire service, specialty tire service, wheel and mechanical service to customers
• Ensure that all products are billed accurately to the customer and process all necessary information in the computer system.
• Keep promotional material updated in the showroom.
• Participate in all safety initiatives, as required or assigned, to guarantee safety at Fountain Tire including customers and staff, on the road, site or field.
• Complete assigned e-learning and safety courses and adhering to standards and policies as described in learning modules.
• Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts
