Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to be the key point of contact between the business and our customers. He/she will have a passion for sales and a proactive desire to connect with customers for the purchase of Caterpillar Parts, Service and Equipment.

A Typical Day @ Work:
- Demonstrate safe, environmentally sound and healthy workplace behaviours at all times
- Proactively call and maintain relationships with new/current customers for sales leads and the growth of Caterpillar Parts, Service, and Equipment within an assigned territory
- Effectively track all sales calls and customer information to understand requirements for recommendations and/or solutions
- Leverage sales tools and marketing information to provide a superior customer experience when preparing / providing quotes
- Ensure successful KPI’s against call reports, territory and target account plans, and marketing programs delivery; meet achievable monthly and annual targets
Requirements:
- Post secondary education ideally in Sales/Marketing related program
- Working experience 1 – 3 years; Sales experience is an asset
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and maintain relationships
- Passion to grow a Sales career within a world class industrial equipment dealership
