Job Summary

We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support our sales initiatives and enhance client relationships. In this role, you will engage with customers to promote products and services and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales by engaging new and existing customers.
  • Educate clients on products and digital tools.
  • Recommend solutions and qualify leads.
  • Maintain customer records and update accounts.
  • Train customers on ordering platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Promote campaigns and introduce new products.
  • Analyze data to support sales strategies.
  • Maintain SOPs and Salesforce entries.
  • Support order processing and inventory activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
  • University or College degree in business or similar field
  • Sales Marketing or Technical Product Certification is preferred
  • 3+ years of experience of inside sales
