PHL Distributions is a fast-growing pharmaceutical sales company helping international brands succeed in the Canadian Pharmaceutical market. Our portfolio includes innovative products like probiotics, fertility solutions, pain relief roll-ons, and our flagship product—Zensa Skincare, a numbing cream for cosmetic procedures.

We’re looking for outgoing, motivated individuals who are eager to kick-start a career in pharmaceutical sales. This role is perfect for anyone looking to gain experience, learn the industry, and grow into a full-time position.

No prior experience? No problem. We provide training and mentorship to help you build confidence and skills.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy professionals across Canada.
  • Educate clients and promote PHLs product portfolio through virtual calls, visits, and follow-ups.
  • Work with the sales team to identify leads and meet goals.

What We're Looking For

  • A strong interest in healthcare, wellness, or pharmaceutical sales.
  • Personality matters most—you’re persuasive, outgoing, and people enjoy talking to you.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, positive, and curious to learn.
  • A background in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business is a bonus—but not required.
  • Ability to commit 25–30 hours per week (flexible) with occasional travel.
