Responsibilities:

u00B7 Provide excellent customer service and automotive parts knowledge while meeting the needs of all telephone and walk-in customers.

u00B7 Work diligently with fellow staff at the store, region and organization levels in order to find the right solutions for customers.

u00B7 Willingness for continued learning and knowledge improvement.

u00B7 Perform a variety of tasks throughout the store to ensure the teamu2019s success.

Qualifications:

u00B7 Previous counter experience and excellent mechanical/automotive parts knowledge is required.

u00B7 Superior customer service skills, both on the phone and in person.

u00B7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities.

u00B7 Time management and problem-solving skills.

u00B7 Ability to lift items up to 50lbs and knowledge of workplace safety procedures and the ability to adhere to the Lordco Occupational Health and Safety program

Pay range is $18.70 - $20.80/hour, based on experience.u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0
