We are currently hiring for the position of Inside Sales Representative at our client in Hi-Tech industrial, located in Richmond Hill, ON.

Who We Are

We are seeking a motivated full-time, permanent Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The role involves generating leads, qualifying prospects, closing sales, and building long-term relationships with clients to achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation and Prospecting: Source new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls and emails, understand customer needs, route qualified opportunities to sales executives, and maintain mailing lists.
2. Sales and Customer Management: Close sales, achieve quotas, manage and expand prospect database, and collaborate to build sales pipeline.
3. Relationship Building: Develop long-term relationships with clients and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
4. Research and Account Management: Research accounts via LinkedIn, identify decision makers, generate interest, and work with partners to close transactions and maximize revenue.
5. Product Knowledge and Training: Stay updated on products/services and competitors, and provide accurate information to customers.
6. Administrative Duties: Use CRM software for tracking activities and prepare sales reports.
7. Collaboration and Support: Work with team members and provide feedback to marketing.
