Base pay range

CA$20.00/hr - CA$23.00/hr

Established in 1993, Nova-Pro Industrial Supply Ltd. has a reputation for supplying quality products and services to Northwestern Ontario. Our customer base covers all sectors of industry including pulp and paper mills, sawmills, manufacturing, construction, government services, mining, transportation, and utilities.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized and customer service-driven counter sales professional to join our team.

Job Summary/Responsibilities

  • Use exceptional sales skills to provide excellent customer service to an existing client base.
  • Respond to inquiries over the counter, and by telephone, email, and fax.
  • Promote product lines sold by Nova-Pro Industrial Supply.
  • Prepare responses to tenders.
  • Purchase and maintain inventory using an ERP system.
  • Meet or exceed established sales goals.
  • Constantly expand and improve product knowledge in a broad range of industrial supplies.
  • Provide relief to warehouse staff when required

As The Successful Candidate, You Will Have

  • A valid Canadian driver’s license.
  • The ability to work well with a team and meet new challenges.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Completion of a post-secondary Certificate/Diploma/Degree.
