About the Role:

We're seeking a driven and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Newmarket, Ontario. This role is vital in managing and expanding a portfolio of approximately 140 accounts, mainly within the True C & D category ($0–$10,000 revenue). You will be the primary contact for customer requests, responsible for nurturing existing accounts, prospecting new ones, and providing an exceptional customer experience. The salary range is $45,000 - $55,000, depending on experience.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Own and develop a book of about 140 existing customer accounts.
  2. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  3. Provide updated pricing and manage small quotes or project requests.
  4. Answer technical questions and product inquiries confidently and accurately.
  5. Identify and pursue underdeveloped or unsold accounts in Ontario and Western Canada using tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  6. Launch and follow up on sample and catalogue campaigns.
  7. Support outbound sales campaigns and lead generation efforts.
  8. Collaborate with outside sales and marketing teams to schedule qualified meetings and build a healthy pipeline.
  9. Support direct mail campaigns with follow-up outreach and coordination.
  10. Track and update all interactions and progress using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Tools You’ll Use:

Various CRM and prospecting tools, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Experience supporting or managing customer accounts in sales or customer service roles.
  2. Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented.
  3. Comfortable answering technical questions and collaborating with technical or engineering teams.
  4. Curious, coachable, and eager to challenge the status quo to improve customer experience.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French is a plus).
  6. Ability to work independently and manage follow-ups without micromanagement.
