Job summary

ICONIX Waterworks is seeking a customer-focused Wholesale Support Associate in Ontario. You will provide technical support to customers and partner with the Outside Sales team to expand existing accounts and develop new ones.

You will educate customers on product features, process orders, and prepare quotations while assisting in warehouse activities. A high school diploma and 1+ year wholesale distribution experience are required, along with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1+ years’ experience in wholesale distribution.
• Strong ownership, accountability and initiative.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, communication and detail-oriented skills.
• Comfort with using various technologies and new computer applications.

Who We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1+ years’ experience in wholesale distribution
• A high level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Had success working in a fast-paced environment; ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Organizational skills, communication skills and attention to detail
• The skills to use of a variety of technology and new computer applications
• The ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
• A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
• The ability to work in inclement weather as required
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• A strong commitment to health and safety
