Job summary

ICONIX Waterworks in Canada is seeking a proven leader to run the branch, guide a team, and ensure operations align with the business plan while driving continuous improvement and strong customer/vendor relationships.

You will manage the branch budget, forecast monthly, monitor inventory, and ensure safety training. A Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of related experience with 3+ years in leadership are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Finance, Sales/Marketing or related field.
• 7+ years of related work experience including 3 years of people leadership.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to run the branch per the business plan.
• Evaluate and implement changes to improve daily operations and meet timelines.
• Track financial/operational progress; report metrics to the regional manager.
• Develop and manage the branch budget including capital expenditures; forecast monthly.
• Facilitate employee safety training.
• Monitor inventory/purchasing and inventory budget; reduce slow/obsolete stock.
• May perform other related duties as required.

About the Role

• Lead a team of employees to effectively and efficiently run the branch according to the business plan
• Evaluate and make the necessary changes to the branch’s current practices and procedures to improve daily operations, and prioritizes work to successfully meet timelines, managing continuous improvement
• Track financial and operational progress of branch and provide metrics data to the regional manager regularly
• Develop and manage branch budget (including capital expenditures). Forecasts budget expectations monthly
• Facilitate employee safety training
• Monitor inventory levels/purchasing and inventory budget including: reducing and controlling slow and obsolete inventory
• May perform other related duties within the scope of the position as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization

Who We’re Looking For
