Job summary

ICONIX Waterworks Limited in Ontario is seeking a customer-focused associate to provide technical support and services, process orders, prepare quotes, and assist in warehouse operations. You will collaborate with outside sales to grow existing customers and win new ones, educating customers on product features.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year in wholesale distribution, with strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

About the Role

• Provides technical support and services to customers

• Processes customer orders, including order data entry
• Prepares quotations, bids, and letters
• Assists in the warehouse, shipping and receiving, and other administrative duties
• Assists with general sales and marketing initiatives as required

Who We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1+ years’ experience in wholesale distribution
• A high level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Had success working in a fast-paced environment; ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Organizational skills, communication skills and attention to detail
• The skills to use of a variety of technology and new computer applications
• The ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
• A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
• The ability to work in inclement weather as required
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• A strong commitment to health and safety
