Heidelberg Materials Canada is seeking a ready-mix truck operator to safely deliver concrete to customer sites in the Richmond area. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, complete required documentation, and provide professional service while maintaining open communication with dispatch and plant personnel.

What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer locations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete required documentation.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and professional deliveries while providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain communication with dispatch and plant personnel to support efficient operations.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies and procedures.

What Are We Looking For

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL/Class 1 or equivalent) with a safe driving record.
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to operate equipment responsibly and perform routine vehicle inspections.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with a team-oriented approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing changing priorities.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
