We are seeking a dakis Technical Sales Specialist and Product Expert. The ideal candidate loves understanding the details of our products, can impress potential customers with demos, facilitate the order process, and help new clients quickly adopt our solutions. You will be our dakis Expert, guiding customers to maximize product benefits. This role requires a mix of business acumen, technical knowledge, and excellent communication and presentation skills. You will be part of our inbound sales team, collaborating closely with sales, project managers, web designers, and SEO/SEM experts.

Responsibilities :

• Develop a deep understanding of dakis products and solutions to serve as the primary expert for customers and sales teams.
• Conduct product demos to showcase the value and benefits of dakis solutions.
• Identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and build client relationships to achieve sales targets.
• Assist new clients with onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Provide product training and share best practices.
• Deliver excellent support to customers before and after sales.
• Educate the sales team on product features and benefits.
• Collaborate with the development team to suggest product improvements.
• Represent dakis at industry events, promoting our solutions and networking.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and effective use of our solutions.
• Act as a success coach and identify sales opportunities during customer interactions.

What we’re looking for :

• 3+ years in technical sales, inbound or outbound, preferably in SaaS or retail tech.
• Strong knowledge of website, ecommerce, point-of-sale, and print-on-demand solutions.
• Tech-savvy: proficient with CSV files, Microsoft Excel and Office, CRM, ticketing systems, collaboration, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual or proficient in English (written and oral).
• Self-motivated and quick learner.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented.
• Good judgment and common sense.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with camera stores, photo labs, and print shops industries.
• Understanding of web hosting concepts (Domain, URL, email, hosting, IP, DNS, A-Record, CNAME).
