Graybar Canada currently has an exciting career opportunity at our Yarmouth, NS branch for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Inside Sales. The role focuses on proactive customer needs identification and selling Graybar solutions that ensure total customer satisfaction.

The CSR will handle calls, process orders, provide product information, and support Account Managers to deliver exceptional service. No evenings or weekend shifts; strong benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum Grade 12 education; technical background considered an asset.

Aufgaben

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls to solicit orders from existing customers.
• Coordinate prompt handling of service requests including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit and claims.
• Assist and support Account Managers with technical support and information to offer a total Graybar solution.
• Consult with clients after sale to resolve problems and provide efficient support.
• Provide customer feedback to Branch Manager in a timely fashion.
• Participate in training sessions, branch meetings and sales meetings as requested.
• Keep management informed of local competition and market conditions.
• Track stock out items and recommend new stock items.
• Deal with product problems, returns and warranty situations.
