Graybar Canada is seeking a Helpdesk and ERP Specialist at their Corporate Head Office in Halifax, NS. The role focuses on bilingual customer service and technical support for ERP applications and related systems.

Qualifications

Fluent English and French with advanced grammar and composition.
Diploma or degree in computer science or related field.
2+ years experience with ERP applications such as Infor SX Enterprise, Infor CSD, SAP, Oracle.
2+ years experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for IT inquiries and perform user setups and access grants for ERP systems.
Prioritize requests and maintain SLA-bound communication with end users.
Provide intermediate-level troubleshooting and remote support using Remote Support tools.
Support Windows, Office 365, macOS, iOS, Android, networking, telephony, and ERP apps like SAP and Infor.
