Master Halco, the largest manufacturer/distributor of fencing products, has an immediate opportunity for an Inside Sales Associate. This role has contributed to Master Halco’s success over nearly 60 years by providing excellent customer service. Inside Sales Associates work closely within branches to serve fence contractors and retailers by selling fence products.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and emails from contractors and retail customers requesting quotes or placing orders.
• Prepare and process quotes and orders promptly.
• Assist customers who come in to pick up orders.
• Communicate with customers via phone or email from order placement to shipment.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet sales goals and earn bonuses and spiffs.

Qualifications

• Friendly, reliable, customer service-oriented individuals.
• High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Basic math skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Outlook and Excel.
• 6-12 months of sales experience, preferably in fence products or building materials.
